Worked closely with the founder from the idea stage and saw it grow from scratch to a 15-member team.
Sales, business development role, Executing partnerships and continuous engagement with Pharmaceutical companies, medical associations, state governments, medical universities and Expert Doctors.
On-boarded the first 10 partner medical institutes, medical associations and the key signing of MOU’s with the Medical Councils.
Directly responsible for bringing in sales revenue of more than 1.5 crore in the first year of operations.
Developed the initial medical tutorial videos.
